维谛技术（Vertiv）任命祝金程（Robert Zhu）为大中华区总裁

今天，维谛技术(Vertiv)宣布，任命祝金程先生(Robert Zhu)为维谛技术(Vertiv)有限公司大中华区总裁，自2017年10月23日起正式生效。

Today Vertiv announces that Robert Zhu is appointed as President, Greater China with effect from October 23, 2017.

祝金程先生将全面承担大中华区业务及组织管理职责，致力推动公司业务发展并提升业务盈利能力。祝金程先生将带领维谛技术(Vertiv)中国团队，始终以客户为本、不断创新、提供卓越的解决方案和服务，推动以关键技术成就永远在线的美好未来。

Robert Zhu will assume overall leadership responsibility for the business and organization of Greater China Region. On his role, he is tasked to drive sales growth and profitability of the business. Robert Zhu will lead Vertiv China to keep focused on customers, to continuously innovate and to provide exceptional solutions and services so that we can drive towards a world where critical technologies always work.

祝金程先生拥有在中国、澳大利亚、马来西亚及新加坡多地生活和工作的深厚背景，具备全球化的思维及多元化的文化触觉，使其在不同业务及行业环境中屡创佳绩。在加入维谛技术(Vertiv)之前，祝金程先生曾担任深圳中兴力维技术有限公司主席和首席执行官，以及ABB 集团副总裁兼南亚地区总经理、全球安防企业之一泰科安防(Tyco)亚太区总裁兼中国区总裁、Kennametal 公司区域高管。祝金程先生拥有墨尔本莫纳什大学企业战略及全球运营专业的 MBA 学位，皇家墨尔本理工大学电子工程及计算机专业硕士学位，以及华北电力大学电子工程及自动化专业的本科学位。2016 年 5 月，祝金程先生荣获中国政府对于企业家的褒奖“中国优秀创新企业家”称号。

Having lived and worked in China, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore, Robert has developed a global mindset and culturally diverse acumen that has enabled him to operate successfully in various markets and industry environments. Prior to joining Vertiv, Robert Zhu was Chairman & CEO of Shenzhen ZNV Technology Co., Ltd. He has also served as Group Vice President and South Asia General Manager in ABB(Automation), as President Asia Pacific and China in Tyco which is one of the biggest fire and security companies worldwide, and as regional executive in Kennametal. Robert holds a MBA of Business Strategy & Global Business from Monash University, Melbourne and a Master degree of Engineering (Electrical Engineering & Computer) from RMIT University, Melbourne. He is also a graduate of Engineering (Electrical Engineering & Automation) from North China Electric Power University, Beijing. In May 2016, Robert was awarded the most innovative entrepreneur of the year in China, one of the highest award for entrepreneurs conferred by the Chinese government.

Vertiv expresses that Robert is a seasoned executive who possesses a wealth of experience in IT and industrial markets. His experience is what Vertiv needs for its future development and his exemplary leadership and diverse experience will continue to position Vertiv Tech for trememdous growth. Robert Zhu will report to Stephen Liang, President, Asia Pacific Vertiv.
